500 mg Test E /week
300 mg Deca / week
25mg Winny / EOD

????? and run it for 6-8 weeks

They are right. I have run 25mg winny ed to see how it would be on the joints and such, and have noticed results (increased vascularity, muscle hardness) but would recommend 50mg/day. No bad sides with the 25mg per day. But 25mg eod just won't be enough. Other than that looks good! Oh and 8 weeks minimum, not 6, for the test and deca. Most people say 6 weeks for the winny, but you can go 8. Hell some people run winny only cycles lol. GL!

im mid way into that same cycle right now.(test 500 mg/wk deca 400 mg/wk) have seen some decent results on strength and lean body mass. i do feel that it could be run out to 10-12 weeks with the winny starting in the 6th or 7th week at 25-50 mg ed rather than eod.your diet will determine a lot of the results you hope to see. i plan on posting some picks of my results at the end of my cycle. good luck bro

Dude! Finally somebody running the EXACT same cycle as me (except I'm waiting on the Winny). I just started week 4 at the same dosage as you and I'M F-ING ON FIRE!!! This is my 1st inj. cycle. Sex drive is through the roof, and girls just seem to smell the testosterone and spread their legs for me. I'm up 14 lbs (started at 166lbs.) and I just benched 110lb dumbells 6 times on Saturday (yes, all the way down to my chest). I normally max at 80's. Eating like a PIG.

Did I mention I BENCHED 110LB DUMBELLS on Saturday? It was the first time I saw a monster in the mirror. New rule for me: no more tank tops at the gym. EVERYONE seemed to notice. No direct questions about it yet, but at this rate I'm sure there will be in a few weeks.

I'm currently 5'9", 180lbs., about 10-12%bf, just turned 30, lifting for about 12 years. Have done D-bol only cycles here and there... stupid.

The picture in my avitar is 4 days after my 1st inj. about 4 weeks ago, so that's basically me all-natty. I was on vacation and trying to pull some Brazilian ass so I did run about 50mg of Winny/day for beach-vanity's sake. I'm saving the rest of the winny for week 6-12 (can't wait to get that awesome muscle hardness back).

By the way, I did pull A LOT of Brazilian ass--hormones were nuts that 1st week... but I digress.

Getting AIFM tomorrow and looking forward to it. Nips are getting a little sensitive and I'm sure I've got a significant amount of bloat.

I know this post sounds like I'm a babbling nutcase, but I'm new to the board and new to inj. aas so I guess I'm just stoked to see someone on the same cycle.
