nothing special here, but i usually add a banana, or golden raisins

**EDIT** i also use splenda or sometimes brown sugar. splenda actually makes brown sugar that is not quite as bad as the real deal. i will also add a scoop of unflavored protein powder (you can still taste it), and i'm good to go!

- Protein powder, any flavor except citrics. Add after cooked, if you cook them.

- Sugar/Fat free syrups.

- Cottage cheese. Plus the aforementioned choice(s) in order to make palatable.

try some fat free yogurt...like an ounce or two...makes it taste greaaaaaat, gives it a whole new dimension...and doesnt add many calories...

Here's my morning breakfast Oat Shake.
1-1 1/2Cup of Quaker Oats (blend dry for 30sec)
2 Cups of Skim milk
1 Bannana
1 Tablespoon of honey
dash of cinnamon
Blend for a minute and you have a great tasting oatmeal shake.

I've been drinking this for years. My grandfather ate this everyday until
the ripe old age of 99!

Try it out, let me know what you guys think!

Sometimes I add flax meal and soy milk to my oats.
and I second BigTastey 25 - I love to add LF or FF vanilla yogurt to my oatmeal.
Usually, tho, it's just cinnamon

Cinnamon & Splenda
Apple Pie or Pumpkin Pie Spice (just a dry spice mix) + Splenda
Maybe a touch of milk or FF creamer if I feel like it
Sometimes add raisins, dried cranberries or frozen blueberries....

hey i tried your shake man but i didn't have a banana to put in it. i liked it except for a couple of things. it wasn't sweet enough for me so i added splenda (i know the banana would have helped)...also...it was kind of grainy especially towards the bottom of it. maybe i didn't blend it enough? i like it though as i get sick of the same old oatmeal every morning.

i also tried my oatmeal with yogurt...not great but pretty good and different!

Hey I'm glad you like it. Sometimes I add a little ice and water if it's too thick. I love to sleep in, so this is a quick 3minute breakfast. I also add some muscle milk from time to time. The banana creme is the bomb!

i cook mine w. splenda & vanilla in water. then after cooked top with warmed strawberries or blueberries.

hey bro.....this has replaced normal oatmeal in the morning and turned into my normal breakfast! i just doctor it up a little and make sure it is ground up very well. i literally eat/drink it every morning now...haha...THANKS!

ive sprinkled anything from sugar to whey.
Also added splenda, honey, lowfat syrup and cinnamon.

It all depends if you can add the goods into your diet or use it as a cheat meal.
