Sleep: 7h 30m 😴

Steps: 16,800 🚶‍♂️

Water: 6.5L 💧

Meals: Increased nutrition

Training: Gym — Chest & Back 💪

Weekly Check-In: ✅ Done

Today was a good step in the right direction.

After the absolute wall I was hitting around lunchtime over the last couple of days with the new job, I managed to get through another big physical day and still get myself into the gym.

Chest and back done. 💪

That’s exactly what I wanted to see after increasing my nutrition — not necessarily feeling amazing immediately, but having enough fuel left in the tank to actually finish work and train afterwards.

16,800 steps is still a massive amount of movement, especially now that I’m back on the tools, so I’m going to keep watching how my energy responds over the next few days rather than jumping to conclusions.

The weekly check-in is also done. I’ll be interested to see what the numbers show, especially now that the workload and nutrition have changed.

Today’s recap:

✅ 16,800 steps

✅ 6.5L water

✅ 7h 30m sleep

✅ Nutrition increased

✅ Chest & back completed

✅ Managed to train after work

✅ Weekly check-in completed

📈 Continuing to assess energy with the new workload

Solid day bro, especially with 16.8k steps and still getting yourself into the gym after a physical day at work. Looks like increasing the food was definitely the right move, keen to see how your energy and check-in numbers go over the next week. You are also looking amazing man.
