Like a multi-vit, green tea pills, zinc, glucosamine, etc. Does it matter if you plow all of em down yer troat one after another? Does that have any effect on the absorbanceness?

I think Y_Lifter hit the nail on the head. For example, youre not sposed to take mono/doxycycline (skin antibiotics) within a few hours of consuming a large amount of vits because it fucks it up. But in the case of your stuff it should be fine.
