Taking pills - does it matter if you take a bunch at once?

Killa - for reals though, various things can affect the absorbtion of anything you take orally - not everything is absorbed in the stomach by the way (some in the duodenum and small intestine)... Changes in PH, gastric emptying (also taking with food or on an empty stomach) and a variety of other factors (including chemical interactions and changes in solubility and ph influenced by each supplement in combination with each other as well as changes in ph and contents of the stomach and intestine during the natural digestion process)...

It is fucking way complicated.

It might make a difference which you take with which, but I doubt anyone has studied it to the depth they have "real" drugs...

y lifter looks like he posted some good links, lots of reading... maybe it will give you some hints there... although I expect most of the info will tell you how supps effect the absorbtion of "real" drugs... rather than what influences each supps absorbtion, where it is normally absorbed and what can change the absorbtion rate....
 
i've always wondered the same thing, at night before bed with my protein shake I take about 25 different pills which include supplements and prescription medication. antidepressants, vit c, e, flaxseed oil, phosaplex, glucosamine, zinc, aminos, boswellia extract, singulair, celebrex, ibuprophen, melitonan, serequil,chondrointan, msm, protonix, (thats all I can remember)

I take ~30 on non-lifting days, in 3 spread out times (10 at a time).

kidding... Actually, I would take all my vits early morning and never had a problem.

Don't tell my wife that! I've convinced her that my sperm post workout will replenish her glycogen stores and give her some protien, and will speed up her metabolism.
 
From your list, I think the zinc cannot be taken with the others. It MIGHT need to be taken at night by itself or something. I remember "ZMA" mix at night...Zinc with something. But you can check it out. The others seem safe.
 
I've always wondered this myself.....

Since I eat 5-6 meals a day - I take *something* with each meal.....
