Maybe this is what I need? I have such a hard time losing fat. I think 10% is my limit.
I dont really beleive in dieting so to speak. I beleive one should eat so we dont lose muscle and to maube up our exercises to burn up extra calories. Now Im not saying I eat 5000 calories, but I eat maybe 2500-3000 calories. I try to eat balance meals 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. I feel that energy expenditure is the way to burn fat. That is why I upped my training to 5 days per week.
But I admit I do feel burned out (comming off a cycle). But I will do 3 days tyraining 3 days cardio. But always keep eating good. Going to bed hungry sucks! That lasted only 1 week.
