Women don't have prostates, man. Nor would they be affected particularly by T3, even if they did (and believe me, they do not).
I've started girls off at 12.5mcg or 20mcg for a couple weeks, and then saw if any adjustments were needed.
I don't like posting on this forum much, so forgive me if I don't get back to you for any responses.
Make sure the girl in question, should she decide to use T3, takes gugglesterones post-cycle. Also, have her take kelp tablets post-cycle as if it were her job to do so.
As insinuated above, she'd want to ramp the dose until she'd find an effective regular dosage. Have her take it once per day. It has a long life. I prefer the morning, personally.
Because of its long life, and because of the biofeedback loop, I really see no true point in tapering off. When she comes off, I'd just have her come off, but be careful with the diet (especially carbs), so as not to experience rebound before her thyroid fully recovers from its less active condition. The post-cycle items I mentioned will help a lot, too.
Kelp is quite inexpensive, too.
Ah. That's enough from me. Good luck to you and good luck to her.
