T-rex diet help and general cutting

oh yes i did :) it's by kashi and it's called Crunch...they have another called go lean but it tastes like trash. Since cleaning up my diet im starting to realize how much food 1800 cals is...it's a lot more food than the same calories in junk food.

huge difference.. you'll notice a huge difference in how you feel too.

just look at the carbohydrate count in the cereal.. make sure it isn't too much sugar and make sure it's got some good 'ol fiber

ok i've decided to cut because i have too much fat for a clean bulk and hey...who doesnt wanna look cut for spring/summer? I got a t-rex sample from anafit and i absolutely love the stuff so i'm gonna get a bottle and probably go on a moderate to high carb diet as is recommended with it. I really have no idea what I'm doing though as this is my first time cutting. Should i run in the mornings on an emtpy stomach like i've heard? Should i keep the same lifting routine? What kind of diet should i go on? Thanks guys...please be specific as i know i'll fuck this up if it's not.

 the back of my bottle says a moderate to low carb diet!!!! Im thinking you made a typo lol

I think trex is fine with any carbs....just the effects aren't as great if you are CKD'ing.

Yes i agree, but if hes wanting to cut going on a mod to high carb diet prob isnt the right way to go..just mho

What kind of diet should I use when on thermorexin?
ANY. Though a moderate to high carbohydrate diet, in conjunction with GlucorellR supplementation, is HIGHLY recommended. GlucorellR has made low carb and keto diets pretty much obsolete. One of the main benefits of Thermorexin use is the appetite suppression which makes not eating as much, the main failing of most diets, considerably easier.

so what diet do you guys recommend? (im not really too hot on the idea of ckd or anything just a better easy to follow diet) i've been eating shit food lately so...

I cut on a high prot. medium carb. low fat diet.. all healthy fats though..
nuts
anpb
olive oil
fish oil caps

had about 3 prot/carb meals/day and 3 prot/fat meals/day

worked well for me on trex

hey juve how is that 40 caps of fish oil/day working out for you????
