sweet potatoes

Just wash some whole yams/sweet potatoes on a Sunday, bake them at 425 on a cookie sheet for an hour, the best way to bake bulk and store in fridge in closed container...gtg at any time!!!

Make sure they are the freezer ones, if you buy the other ones you can still end up with stale freezer burn food :worried:

I've always done my potatoes/sweet potatoes in the microwave, easy and fast, even if I'm mashing them

Never buy frozen chicken if you can help it. :)

They will be a bit more chewy (like me)...not near as delish.

Buy fresh if you can, go to the butcher (every store has one) make friends, buy the good stuff.

Your palate and tummy will thank you.

I have a local produce place with boneless, skinless chicken breast $1.79 pound!!! Freshest stuff ever, soooo good.
