Swedish Bulking schedule

I want your opinion about my new bulking schedule.
Basic facts.
Age: 24
Physic:183cm/77kg(177pounds)
Body Fat: about 10%
Have trained regulary for about 2 years.
Want with this cycle: Highest gain muscles towards minimum fat gain.

Time
08.00 80gr Carbs, 60gr Protein, 0gr Fat
(500mg ALA+5gr Creatine)

11.00 0gr Carbs, 50gr Protein, 50gr Fat

14.00 80gr Carbs, 50gr Protein, 0gr Fat
(500mg ALA+5gr Creatine)

16.30 80gr Carbs, 50gr Protein, 0gr Fat
(500mg ALA)

18.00 Training

19.00-19.30: Post Workout Drink
(70gr Protein+80gr Carbs.+500mg ALA+10gr Creatine+Insuline(Novorapid),

20.00-20.30 70gr Carbs, 60gr Protein, 0gr Fat
(500mg ALA+5gr Creatine)

22.30 60gr Carbs, 50gr Protein, 0gr Fat
(500mg ALA)

24.00 0gr Carbs, 60gr Protein, 40gr Fat

Total
Carbs: 450gr (mainly slow except post workout)
Protein: 450gr (aprox. 150gr from powder)
Fat: 90gr (flax seed oil)(dont count fat in foods like oatmean an so forth)

Energy: 4410kcal
Energy percent: Carbs: 40,8%, Protein: 40,8%, Fat: 18,4%

I do a 12 weeks Cycle with
1w: 20dianabol ED or Testo Propionat 100mg EOD, 400mg EQ, 500mg Testo Enth. 50mg Testo Prop
2-12w: 400mg EQ, 500mg Testo Enth.

I also want to use glycerol with ALA and Creatine. But dosnt know how to dose and use it.

I want your point of view of my bulking schedule.

Thats right Mr Fitness but I was making the assumption you would be doing it properly and hence my suggestion.

As it stand 10IUs I would definitely be using more carbs postworkout.

Personally I would hit whey in water pwo
Have the shot and then have a meal al Jay Cutler in new improved and beyond -
Protein shake n gatorade, 100g rice, lots of protein, some rice cakes, some oats etc to get a steady high level of release into the blood stream so the shot has max effect.

I would also only use the Insulin after back and legs rather than every workout - but again thats just ole me!
