Sustanon 250 for more 'define look', visible six pack abs and reduce body fat%?

I got your point. So based on your theory I will definitely have a better look by adding some 10-15 lean lbs (through extra proteine consumption), so my total weight will be 175 or 180 lbs. It means I have to eat more than what I do now, right? ... Well, I think I can accept your logical explanation. Thanks bro. The next question is: how about adding Sustanon cycle on it?

Sustanon alone won't give you what your after.
Fixing your diet will. Get some protein in each meal, around 250 - 300g a day should be good. I'd cut back on the sugars a bit (juice/fruits). If you go to the diet section you'll find lots of good info. Adding 15 - 20 lbs of LBM isn't going to make you look bulky, especially if you cut a couple % bf.

in all honesty I would spend a mimimum of 6 months training and eating the right way. You NEED to hit the diet forum. You need alot more calories, alot more good fat, some complex carbs. You can gain lean body mass without getting "fat". Then you NEED to hit the training/weight lifting forum. Get yourself on a super intense 5x5 type program that will slap layers of meat on you. Once you are accustomed to this lifestyle then maybe consider AAS. You will appreciate it alot more and be able to get WAY more out of it at that point. Looking at your pic you obviously have not been training hard enough and heavy and intensely enough.
I promise you, once you get a lean 15 lbs, you will want to be 200 lbs. Then 210. You can add ALOT of mass to your frame without looking "bulky". Trust me. I'm 2" taller than you and 103 lb heavier than you and I could easily hold another 25 lbs. Dont ever worry about being "too big" thats a laugh!! Unless your going to eat 5-8,000 cals a day and use bucket loads of AAS and HGH and Slin, then I dont think you ever need to worry about being "too big".

YOUR diet is not "low carb"

Clean, yes. But not low carb. So forget about that strategy....

And how many calories are you taking in? I agree whole-heartedly with burnthiscorpse, you need to gain like 50 pounds naturally before you cycle....In other words, do the 5x5 training, eat a correct diet for a year or two, then consider a correct AAS cycle.

And if you want to know about ketogenic diets, we can discuss that. You will make quality gains and slash bodyfat. I know first hand. But say goodbye to juice and fruit my friend.

The problem is he seems to want to stay just like he is and lose apx 10% BF. He would look like he was dying of AIDS with a six pack. I'm really not trying to insult the guy either. But I think this is actually a case where what he thinks he wants and what he really needs are two different things.

Thanks guys for the input, I think I can agree with you in some points, especially about the diet section. Less sugar (fruit/juice) and eat more calories, good fat, and some complex carbs.

I have just measured my body fat% again, using another measurement, and it came to 12,38%! So some of you were right, judging from the picture, I am too skinny for 16% bf. So, now I am more closer to my goal.

Yet I am still thinking to do the Sustanon 250 cycle + Winstrol to be able to train hard, heavy and intensely enough. Probably because of my diet, I just have no power to do it naturally. Not to mention my other problems such as: low libido and exhaustion/fatique, even after I took supplements like Tribex or horny goat, it seems it didn't help.
