I am 15 y old.I've been training for a year by now.I don't take any supps .......etc I only use natural food.
Do you recommend for me taking creatines or aminos or protein shakes or mass supps or any of these things or am I too young for it???
 
I would suggest u add some vitamins to ur diet. At 15 i dont see anything wrong with adding some extra protein to ur diet in the form of aminos or whey. Where the creatine is concerned I would wait. Your young remember that. Your body should be mass producing lots of testostorone, thats ur 15 yr old gift, use it.
 
at 15 i would say eat!! yea maybe throw a protein shake in here and there,but you need to focus on eating.stay with good carbs and proteins and you'll grow.
 
Definitely. Have a shake a day, maybe add a multivitamin. Beyond that, keep doing what you're doing. Focus on good diet and training habits, they're most important. The supps can wait for now.
 
I gotta go w/ THE Mann on this one. Maybe every once and again you could take an MRP post workout, just to help rebuild. Other then that just eat man, that's what I did when I was your age.
 
IMO.."everyone" can benefit from a nice whey protein drink post workout for quick digestion. Nothing wrong with that..stay away from MRP high in sugars.
 
Whey / Chicken / Tuna/ Egg Protein 150 Grams Min. per day.
Good Multi Vitamin each day
Extra Vitamin C 500 MG, twice per day
Extra Vitamin E 400 IU each day

I do MyoPlex shakes 1-2 times a day to get any Amino's
