Thanks man, I actually feel more motivated than ever before. That accident was a life changing experience. Could have died, you don't look at life the same after something like that.

So today is an off day from the gym. Legs are feeling pretty good this morning gotta about a 15 mile bike this afternoon I am looking forward to. I spent all Sunday afternoon preparing meals for the week. chicken, shrimp, turkey, and lean grnd beef for protein this week. Rice and Sweet potato for carbs and a lot of greens!

I got up early this morning to break everything into meals for the next few days I will post how I broke it down later!

lol I try zed. Kind of a pain in the ass to cook all at once but so much easier to stick to the diet though.

yesterdays session

15min warm up on the bike

Squat

95x10x1
135x5x1 both warm ups
175x5x5 work

Legs were jelly after those :biggrin:



Bench

95x15x1 warm up
110x5x6 work

This is still pretty light so I have been doing x tra sets

Rows

95x10x1 warm up
110x5x5 work

I also threw in

chinups 3x8
dips 3x8
good day in the gym
