Super hard gainer. Please help

Ok guys here's the deal.

I'm 23
5'5
165lbs.

I have a small framed body and can tell you my body DOES NOT want to get any bigger than it is. So at this point I am pushing beyond my genetic limit. I have Been 120lb my whole life, through busting my ass over about two years I got to a solid 150lb around 7% BF. after that I did a cycle of epistane which yielded 5 pound and after that a cycle of dbol NPP and test over 12 weeks gained only 10 pounds but kept it all. So at this point I am 165 and absolutely cannot gain weight. My diet on cycle was written for me by a pro body builder at my gym and was not done by calories but my micros break down too

8 meals a day
400g protein
37g fats
400g carbs

And even that really didn't put weight on me. Now I'm off cycle and eating a similar diet but adding in more mass shakes and eating a little dirtier. Still not gaining weight. So. I am about to start my 2nd cycle of tren ace and test E and really want to know how to really gain some weight (hopefully 10 pounds) and really get the most out of my tren. Can someone help me layout a diet for this? Please and thanks

Why in the fuking hell is your protein so high? Even though i eat 280g protein at 160lb (i consider that a very high amount), 400g at 165 is just ridiculous, completely unnecessary i would decrease protein and add in more fats, fats are the easiest way to get in more calories since they contain 9 cal per g they can add up very quickly, almonds and nuts are super high calories that you can eat. 1 cup almonds has 545 calories, and 1 cup nuts cashews has over 700 calories thats a shitton of cal in just a cup, add this to your daily diet and you'll gain weight rapidly.

Bro you need to increase your calories. Look into waxy maize or vitargo pre and post workout. But you may just need to add shit like protein before bed also.
Write down your foods for a few days then try to increase that by 20% especially carbs, but use good carbs.

Thats over 2+x your bw, its totally unnecessary, ronnie coleman takes around 400-450g protein and he's 300lb.. 5"5 at 230 and only 11%bf is fuking bullshit, post a pic of him to prove me wrong..

lee priest is 5"4 and his offseason weight is around 240lb with over 12%bf, i highly doubt the dude is even close to what lee priest looked like.. Even if he's that big you shouldnt take advice from him, 400g of protein is nonsense for someone who weighs 165, but hey its up to you, if you want to take that much go ahead just remember you could get the same results by consuming 260-300 max.
I would increase your carbs and decrease your protein, you would save shitton of money, get to eat better foods and get the same results.

I appreciate all the help guys but I feel like I'm already consuming as many carbs as possible. I eat 3 cups of rice a day 1 white potatoe and 1 sweet potatoe. 4 5oz chicken breasts 2 mass shakes 7 eggs 3 cups of oatmeal and 5oz of red meat is a basic breakdown. If it will help I can post my current diet to a T and someone can help me tweak it??
 
Yes go ahead post it up, i can help you if you want, also i noticed your fats are extremely low for eating 400g carbs and 400g protien, i dont see how thats possible, are you sure you're counting your fat intake right? I am getting 30g of fats a day and almost every food that i eat are low in fat only the traces amount from oats, chicken breast, whey protein and 10 fish oil caps..
If you want to gain weight i suggested almonds and nuts, they're extremely high in calories, easy to munch on and tastes great. 1 cup adds 40-50g of fats with over 700 calories. I wish i could eat that much food and not gain weight.
