On another note, I had this guy ask me if I wanted to work at another club, I know him from that club, where he works, he says where I work we aren’t very organized, he used to work with the owner at some "other” club awhile ago. Funny stuff... :D
 
Well my goals are quite hard but I think I can do it by December

I want to bench 405 at least for one rep, squat 350+ for reps deadlift 450+ or even more for a 1 rm, deads are my strong point and I really love them :luxlove:

I’m almost where I want to be in body weight terms, that was an old goal, but since I see its coming in relatively fast, I’m going to shoot for 215@5"10 by December or more ;) I thought about doing a cycle of sust, but since my gains are still coming in at a really good rate, I think I will hold it off for awhile, maybe after December, so for now I will stay a natural, then when am ready I will use my virgin recepters..lol
