I 5'1'' and weight 180-185 lbs.
I am 32 years old.
I only workout at lunch time at work, so the only time I can lift is
Mon-Friday for about an hour and 1/2.
 
if you are 51 at 185 then you are a pretty big dude. i don't know if this is fat or muscle so i can't preach nuttrtion to you but you are at the best place i could promise you that. as far as training goes you need to get more rest inbetween your training splits.
for example i train accordingly.
mon-chest
tue-back
wed-legs
thur-bi
fri-shoulders/tri
you see how i have approximatly atleast 48 hours of rest for my tri's on chest day before i truly hit them again on friday. and haow i get 48-72 hrs before i train ny bi's after hitting back. this is crucial rest that you need. remember you grow outside the gym not in it.
 
Uhm, I don't think you are 22% bf if you are 5'11". I personally am 5'10" and weigh 215 and am about 20% or less, haven't measured since my DNP cycle.

You need to write down your maintenance calories and make up a diet you can handle. Remember there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. So train hard, eat lots of protein, and drop your daily calorie intake.

If you are trying to loose some more weight while adding some muscle cut down on some of your sets. Also try something different for a month or two keep a record of your results and you will find something that works for you. Everybody is different in what works for them. I have to work out 7 days a week, I feel like crap if I don't. But I change up the workout every month and never do more than 10 sets per body part and only one body part per day.
