i like it when they think they can lose 10% bf and add 10 lbs lbm in about 2 month when they very first hit the gym. then call me stupid for not going that fast.

How do girls you live with who dont take it as seriously, take to your diet? Does it rub off on them, or do you only date gym orientated women?
Also, when you go on a training course, and you have to stay in a hotel for a week or whatever, what do you do then?
Im doing a course in july for a week, and I want to stick to my diet?! but how im not sure yet, i guess tons of mrp's meaning a nice loud blender in my hotel room.

*Sigh* to be honest with all of you this is a pet peeve of mine that sends my blood pressure through the roof. I fucking hate ignorance, and nothing, NOTHING gets to me like ignorance in this subject...I can't tell you how many sales I've lost at GNC because I lecture people for being lazy or not having a good plan.
