Heading to the starting line...which is on the beach lol, the 600 meter swim is first, then 16 mile bike ride, then the 6 mile run...my girl is ready for it!!! Let's kill it baby!!!

My wife is a champion!!! She just finished the triathlon and I am so fucking proud of her!!! She is an inspiration to me to make no excuses and just fucking do it!!!

Alright guys and gals, on our way home from the triathlon weekend, just stopped at my favorite burger joint in Santa Cruz called none other than Burger!!! All the meat served here is grass fed, organic lettuce & tomatoes, all the burgers are kick ass! I order my favorite..."The Hank Williams Senior" comes with Jack Cheese, BBQ sauce, bacon, avocado...and made that bad boy a double ...and a side of sweet potato fries...washing it down with a limeade! It has been an awesome weekend, and can't wait to get back to work here, I will hit the gym in the morning, as when we get home I will just relax and watch whatever football game is on and finish the weekend spending time with my girls!
