1 cup frozen strawberrys
1 cup strawberry or vanilla yogurts (nonfat so it blends)
2 scoops Strawberry N-Large2
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup orange juice (i use low acid)
*blend ingredients until its all smooth
yields: approx. 820 calories and 57 grames of protien, and it tastes like a real smoothy.
note, this is a large serving so if you want less, just cup everything above in half.
the you can get huge bags of strawberrys (frozen) at mijers from time to time...but they don't always carry them so when they have them, buy a few bags at one time!
