Sick ab workout I thought I'd share
Lying leg raise/ toe touch holding a weight. I used a 35 lb plate. Bring the plate up and your legs together and crunch your abs at the top, like a "V" up
For the twists I used an 18 lb medicine ball

Weighted Leg Raise/ Toe touch - 3 Sets 12 - 15 reps
Ab Roller: 2 Sets 25 Reps
Decline Situps 2 Sets 25 Reps
Lying Bench Leg Raise 2 Sets 25 reps
Weighted Side twists 2 Sets 30 Reps each side. After you touch the weight to the right and left side, you've completed one rep.
