Today may have been THE MOST epic workout I've ever had, as far as how hard I pushed myself!
New PR of 185 x 20 squats ... Which feels measly compared to BB squatting over 100 lbs that for his 20 lol
In other news I'm getting tighter but my muscles are feeling fuller every day. I'm out for blood, but this time I'm not depressed anymore. I'm doing this for me ultimately, but I want to look sexy as fuck come the last day of class... then I'll find a sweet girl hopefully. haha
It was funny when I got to front squats I had 135 on the bar and almost couldnt get back up when I squatted down lol
