For those who don't know me, I've been around the board (on and off) for the past 3 years. I've been lifting for about 10 years.....seriously in the past 3. I'm 6' and currently weigh in at 244. I've done a few cycles over the years. Yesterday I started my latest:

Dbol 30mg ED, Week 1-4
Test Enanthate 500mg, Week 1-10
EQ 400mg, Week 1-10
Winny 50mg ED, Week 7-12
HCG 500iu ED Week 12-13
Clomid 300mg 1st day of Week 14, then 100mg ED for 10 days, then 50mg ED for 10 days

I also modified my training - taking out many isolation movements to focus on basic (compound) movements. My current training schedule is:

Sunday - chest
Monday - back
Tuesday - shoulders
Wednesday - Legs/calves
Thursday - biceps/triceps/forearms
Friday & Saturday - off

As for diet, I'm eating 6 meals per day. Each meal consists of approximately 600-800 calories (including 60-70 grams of protein).

I'll keep everyone posted on my progress.....including some before and after shots at the end of my cycle :D
 
Looks like a sweet cycle bro. I did a similar one but without d-bol and winny gained 20lbs i am a poor bastard lol. Good luck and keep us posted. BTW have fun on that EQ!!!!:D :angel:
 
Sweet cycle bro. I'm doing a very similar one for my first cycle in bout a month or so(with the exception of Winny and HCG). Which products are you using? I'm using the Denkall d-bol (when do ya take your dbol? I'm planning on takin a pill throughout the day since each pill is 10mg) and I'm using the QV EQ and Ethanate. Plan on getting 4000-5000 calories per day with training each part twice per week. The only thing is would I need the HCG since I was only planning on taking clomid 2-3 weeks after the last Ethanate/EQ shot. I will have Nolvadex on hand but is HCG necessary even with the Clomid? Well let me know and I'll keep ya updated when I begin (hopefully within the first weeks of February). Good luck bro.

Rockymuscle - I'm using QV Enanthate, EQ, and Stan 100. For dbol I'm using Reforvit-B, which is 25mg/ml. I'm taking just shy of 3/4 cc twice per day (orally)........once in the morning, and again about 1 hour before my workout.

This will be my first experience with HCG, and I've seen and heard great things. My post cycle therapy in the past has been just as you're doing - Clomid with Nolva on hand. I've always had good success with this, so the HCG isn't mandatory. However, I anticipate that the HCG will expedite recovery and allow me to retain even more gains than Clomid alone.
