Damn - can't even straighten out my arms my tri's are so torched.
Little bit of a blow to the ego - using 165 on incline/decline/flat bench (max is around 320). Then using only 65 on all the skull crushers and french press.
But using the slower cadence sure as hell did something. After my week off - I was pumped and looking huge last nite. Got quads tonite - throw in a little calf/ab work, too.
