True, this is what I meant by being an elite athlete. I was tired and heading to bed when I wrote that and couldn't think of the right words. I think the steroids just aids in the recover even more.
 
CoolColJ did pretty well on the Smolov Squat routine, which has you doing like 15-20 sets a week, distributed btw Monday-Wednesday-Friday. If you don't go to failure you can do it a lot more frequently.

Thats what I thought. Thank you for the replies. Because of the ammout of sets performed per week, I will squat 3 out of 4 days for now and see what happens.
