Think it's okay to do both of these on leg day? I've done them together twice now, and have felt nothing but amazement. Haha. I have yet to go heavy on the SL deads though. Think I should do heavy squats with light deads, and vice versa, or both light? I fear that if I go heavy on both, my lower back will be prone to injury. And I'm just coming off one of those. Kept me from doing heavy squats for 2 months. All input welcome.
