Sprints then Deads?

Okay, my routine currently has be doing sprints tuesday, and wednesday back/shoulders...

Deads hit hams and quads a good amount, and the day after sprints it sort of annoys me. I can still put out a good amount of effort, but my muscles bitch at me. Anything I can do to work around this?
 
If you are going to crosstrain like that, then stretching won't hurt before or after training. I never stretch, not sure why, but might help.
