Okay, my routine currently has be doing sprints tuesday, and wednesday back/shoulders...
Deads hit hams and quads a good amount, and the day after sprints it sort of annoys me. I can still put out a good amount of effort, but my muscles bitch at me. Anything I can do to work around this?
