When I train chest in the monday, i feel soreness in the chest for some days, 4, 5 days. The problem is that in the wednesdey i make military press, in front of head so I feel my upper chest working, I know that it is not the agonist but my question is if maybe my chest can get a overtraining, if a make the military with soreness.
 
hmm..possibly..thry switching to db presses..and at what angle are you doing your military presses?

what is your training split?
 
I make 80º somethig next of this, I don't feel the upper chest so much, but Í'm worried because I want that my upper chest growth.
 
well, try doing more incline movments on chest day. dont worry about your chest when training another musclegroup...consentrate on the one you ARE working. your chest will grow soon enough
 
The pec minor assists the delts in a shoulder press. This can't be avoided, it's just how the muscles work. Try to sit up striaght as possible to minimize it. But, since the delts will fail long before the pec minor overtraining the chest won't be a problem, it's just not stressed enough.
