Something to chew on!??and advice..

Im that type of person who has to eat something after I got home. I mean not only dinner but I always feel soooo hungry and "just to chew on something" food. Even after dinner with huge, loaded belly I have to munch something, like fatfree cottage cheeze, jello, or just chickenbreast BC I am affraid of eating other things.
I usually have for dinner some veggies with chicken or fish, chickenbreast, almonds.. I noticed that almonds "got" on my face as pimples, so I shouldn't eat that much. I usually ate that during the day too but typically I am OK daytime, only when I sit down and watch tv, or Im here on the computer starts to hit...

SO I really miss something like crackers, chips, cookies..I was thinking about the Cheeze-it lowfat crackers, what do you think?

Also, is peanut butter better if I pour the unwanted oil off and leave the chunky part? Is peanut butter bad or good, anyway?

If I make oatmeal cookies with nuts, should that be OK? I am trying to be on low fat/carb diet, I mean I do eat them as above. I do not eat any kind of breat, no flour things, no milk (if so in coffe and skim), Breakfast about a half a cup oatmeal or cream of wheat (isn't it gritz??) /with orange sugarfree jam or splenda, or cinnamom/ and 2 eggwhites. Is that enough or should I add what..?

Thank you everyone!

It's really going to be hard to lose fat if your restricting both carbs and fats. Especially since you really don't have a lot of fat on you at all. Most people do well with a slightly higher fat intake while restricting total calories. Might want to restructure your diet to include some more? Peanuts, almonds and walnuts are all good sources of EFA's that you should have in your diet. Olive and fish oil as well. The higher fat intake and consumption of fibrous veggies puts a damper on cravings for junk or processed foods.

As far as the crackers go, they can be addicting after just one. Would probably be better to grab a few from the box and then go sit down so you're not tempted to finish the whole thing. But if you can fit them into your total calories for the day and have a craving for them it shouldn't have that much of an impact on the way you look.

You Know Me!!! :)
I do that, eat that cheeze crackers, take like 10 pc. and go out to the kitchen and eat more, and moreee. But I haven't bought it for like 4 months bc I know I couldn't stand.

I do eat fat, I believe.
When I make chicken I usually fry on Canola oil. I eat a lot of almonds and I think as I wrote, too much (pimples..)

Breakfast: oatmeal or cram of w. as above, almonds during the day, protein shake after exercise, water during the day, at home some sugar-free soda -I dont know, seems like home makes me do things... Dinner is above, plus 2nd and 3rd dinner, FF cottage cheese with jam, splenda or whatever I find. I eat this cheese sometimes in the late afternoon, too. I have craving in the evening. I eat before I go to sleep, like chickenbreast, the cheese or even white/red cabbage with protein. I start eating, and I always want to eat something more..even now. I just ate my PB/cottage cheese and want to go out for more..

Peanut butter. I buy Smuckers all natural, but I just have the urge to pour the oil off. I can just eat this itself, a lot..

I just miss something to chew on! :(

Thank you!

myd .. girl you are confusing me .. WHY Specifically do you think you should be on low fat low carb ... after everything we went over in your log...

Hmmm... oral satisfaction: follow the rabbit and get you some serious gum, sugar free, and a number of serious different flavors. Chew three or four sticks/pieces at a time, big ol mouthfulls o' gum. Major message to your appropriate receptors that you ARE eating.

Ask the waaabit, she knows her stuff.

I guess I didn't express myself the way I was tend to. I do eat fat as almonds and eat lots of veggies. But somehow I just don't see the changes and I don't know what to do and what exercise to do on the tights (pix in log) bc I get answers sometimes for questions but not for those are important for me and the days are just passing by and I am making no progress.

I also chew gum alllll the time, I sometimes feel embarrased by it on the street but I dont care.

Yeah, oral fixation. Maybe I should buy some cigarettes, the light ones, I know sound stupid but long time ago stopped me from eating too much.

No cigarette smoking! Bad myd. :) I'm guessing your total daily calories are just too low for some reason. :verygood: Restricting carbs and fats is a big no no if you're trying to lose fat. I've seen your pics too. You look to be great shape to begin with.
