Im that type of person who has to eat something after I got home. I mean not only dinner but I always feel soooo hungry and "just to chew on something" food. Even after dinner with huge, loaded belly I have to munch something, like fatfree cottage cheeze, jello, or just chickenbreast BC I am affraid of eating other things.
I usually have for dinner some veggies with chicken or fish, chickenbreast, almonds.. I noticed that almonds "got" on my face as pimples, so I shouldn't eat that much. I usually ate that during the day too but typically I am OK daytime, only when I sit down and watch tv, or Im here on the computer starts to hit...
SO I really miss something like crackers, chips, cookies..I was thinking about the Cheeze-it lowfat crackers, what do you think?
Also, is peanut butter better if I pour the unwanted oil off and leave the chunky part? Is peanut butter bad or good, anyway?
If I make oatmeal cookies with nuts, should that be OK? I am trying to be on low fat/carb diet, I mean I do eat them as above. I do not eat any kind of breat, no flour things, no milk (if so in coffe and skim), Breakfast about a half a cup oatmeal or cream of wheat (isn't it gritz??) /with orange sugarfree jam or splenda, or cinnamom/ and 2 eggwhites. Is that enough or should I add what..?
Thank you everyone!
