sardines have a lot of omega 3's, there is a decent bit of fat in them. I've eaten them before on a dare, its really not that bad til you chew up the spine.
I know the diet trends on tv are bad. It's not like I'm taking down notes from Jared, I just noticed this last night and thought this further proved how ignorant most people are.
