I just read a pretty good article on Cardio.Now they do state that Cardio in the morning is the best time to do it to burn fat.Now they also state if Cardio in the morning is not possable and fat burning is your main goal try to do it before you lift if muscle gain is your main goal try to do Cardio on a seperate day than you lift and if not possable do it after you lift.Also one of the best times besides Cardio in the morning to burn fat is after a leg workout..Now this is common knowledge for alot of you but i just read a post asking about this shit so just thought I'd throw this out there.
