What's the score with Carbonated beverages leeching calcium frmo bones?
Fact or fiction?

Man I forgot what the thread is.....but someone posted a huge article on that here a while back. According to that article, the theory was yes, leeching may occur. I cannot remember if there were actual studies involved. Maybe some more definate answers will come along in a bit.

wow, diet cokes are the best, im gonna error on the safe side and cut them out totally from my diet. i drink gatorade p/w...that still ok right?
