Mixing up Corn's routine a tad and adding some exercises:

MONDAY

Deads: 5x3
M.Presses: 5x3
Squats: 1x20
Calves: 2x20
Curls: 5x20
V bar pushdowns: 5x5

WEDNESDAY

Squats: 1x20
Extensions: 5x5
Bench: 5x5
Calves: 2x20

FRIDAY

S. bar row: 5x5
Shrugs: 5x5
Close grip bench or dips: 5x5
Curls: 5x5
Calves: 2x20

Not too bad, but the squat routine looks a little weak. Why squat on Monday and Wednesday? Why 1 set of 20 reps? You might want to squat on Wednesdays and use the 5 x 5 program so you can use heavy weights to stimulate growth. If you are going to train legs, take care of business in one workout.

GREAT to see you over here.

What is your training history like?

Bodyweight?

Stats?

Strength Levels?

Goals?

What has/does work for you?

What does not work for you?

Thanks B.

Been lifting for only about 2-3 years. Still trying to figure out my body. Right now I'm at about 5'11"/196/16%. My main goal with this training is to put on solid size. I'm looking to gain at least 10-15 lbs without too much gain in BF. I've trained in the 8 rep range the whole time I've lifted so I'm looking to switch it up. I've read a lot of threads of pple who've used this program and had good gains from it so I figure I'd give it a shot.

Frequent this board more often...

Gotta run to class but will do my best to give you LOTS of ideas this evening...

PM me if you have any chat type programs...that would make it easier also...
