i realize this may be a dumb idea, but i'm just wondering if anyone has ever tried snorting an e/c/a stack. the only reason why i'm interested is because everytime i ingest a pill i get an upset stomach . thanx

Snort it if you have experience snorting something like dirty coke or dxm or if you can pull the tissue trick (if youre a junkie youll know what im talking about). It is gonna burn like a bitch and it is very unpleasant.
You could try snorting ephedra pills , then caffeine pills (but theyre full of cutters and fillers) so fuck it.

If not, do what the previous poster suggested.

I feel that ECA is best taken as a suppository.

Especially the stuff with Cayenne Pepper. After the gelcap melts, I get a crazy afterburner boost on my cardio. I've melted 3-4 of my Nike's so far.
