Approved Log Slyder 24 bulk cycle log

I am still around. Sorry I let the log fail. My parent are 92. Living alone. But been a rough year. I think my dad has been in hospital more than at home. Mom has lost about 80 eye sight so been taking care of her.
I have been in the gym about 5 days a week. Hitting it hard. Body feels good. Only two injections left and cycle end on end of this month.
Food has been good except mom leave fucking Oreo on the counter.
Even with that 207 is the max I have weight.
I started taking lexapro for my anxiety a couple weeks ago. I am finally sleeping good.
Been years since I slept well.
It will be nice to cut off this extra weight. My cloths don’t fit and breathing it tougher. It’s crazy what an extra 20-25 lb feels like. No it’s no all muscle. Hahaha I wish.

Easter brunch was on fire.
So started cutting back today.
Only had 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites for breakfast.
Then a premade Factor meal 680 calories for lunch..
Then bang I was hungry as hell.drank a bunch of water and survived. Had a little protein bar and now headed to gym.
Only gonna have one dinner tonight.
This first week is always big changes.
I’ll survive.
Dog better protect his food bowl tonight!

I used to do shorter bulks and not as aggressive. I used to try and stay lean most of the year. This time I have spent about 8 months at this bigger weight. When I was Dad bod I Cour get to 230lbs mostly fat.
Now I can’t seem to get past this 210 mark.
I am just not a thick person.
Been eating 3500 to 4000 cal per day for so long. Now backing off to about 2500 is tough.
I am going to ease it back slower than I use too. Hoping to keep as much muscle as I can.
I was thinking today. “ it’s amazing how much better I feel being in shape”.
I stand taller, I have more confidence, and I feel great.
I try to stay humble, but some time I say
“ I am great!” If you don’t know this just ask me. I will tell you how fucking great I am!!!

Actually hit a couple PR. I don’t normally care about that.
But was feeling good last week and started my normal chest. Did incline dumbell. 4 set of 10 45,55,65,then jumped to 75. 70 is normal.
Feeling good so grabbed the 80 and did 5.
I thinning I had a spotter I could have gone 85. But struggled getting the 80 over head.
Still have a weakness in right stabilizer muscle

I have been doing more push up and have started doing assisted dips.

2 eggs
Bacon and wheat toast. Simple little breakfast.
9 am second meal
170 g 2% yogurt. Blue berrys sprinkle of granola, tbs peanut butter and honey.
With a side of 200 mg test TRT

I do my best to make it simple. Simple for me is most important.
I have learned that I don’t want to cook anymore. Wife and I did it for our family as they grew up.
Now the two of us like the simple life.
Less dishes plus less time cooking equals more time for self indulgence.
My food is stupid simple but taste good.
People at work are alway “wow that looks good!” What is it. I always reply same old thing. Chicken and rice with veggies. Just a different sauce!
I do not get tired of it.

Today at gym was chicken leg day. It’s been months since I did legs. Still scared of the knee. It did great. I took it easy on it.
I figure anything is better than nothing.
Going get in a little ab work then 30 minutes in dry sauna.

2nd meal 2% yogurt, blueberries, honey, spoonful of peanut butter.
Lunch Factor vegetarian meal
Pre work out meal 3 rice cakes and banana.
Gym 1:30- 3:30
Post meal smoked turkey breast, one avacado. Sugar free bbq sauce(pic)
Dinner Hawaiian bbq chicken on rice

Fats is the one I struggle with. That pic was up to lunch. I did add an avacodo with smoked turkey for dinner.
how are you prepping your eggs that's all very important
i cook mine in a paper bowl then microwave.
I will throw a big hand full of spinach in bowl. Add egg whites. And or whole eggs. Then microwave a couple minute. Stir then micro another couple minute or so till done. It’s like scramble.
Plastic fork. Paper bowl zero clean up.

Kinda easing in to my cut. Coming from a long bulk I don’t want to freak the body out to bad.
Already down from 207-210. This morning I saw 198.
We will see if that sticks or what. I want it to be a marathon

The best results I have had on a cut consisted of the following.

40-50 % Mostly chicken breast, sometimes ground, beef, or turkey. Steak when affordable

40% carb, toward end of cut carb cycle.
Brown rice, cream of wheat, rice cakes, potatoes

15-20% fat. Almonds. Peanut butter, avacado, Greek yogurt.

Vegetables yes non starchy
No fruit
No sugar
No dairy (yogurt yes)
No soda
Coffee yes w/stevia only
No protein bars
Condiments sugar free

I think that’s it. Pretty strict!

My trainer has a goal for his self of 200 lb dumbells flat bench by June.
I would be amazed if I can do half that. But what hell. Goal has been set.
 
I do like them. Even the salmon is good. I never did the steak or stuff that had a price upgrade. I only ordered 5 per week so it gave my meals some more variety.
Going into a cut I will probably not do them cause I am going to be strict.
But for day to day life. Heck ya
