Approved Log Slyder 24 bulk cycle log

I went this morning to a different gym around the corner from my home.
I am looking for a different style to add in.
I need cardio. I need core work.
I fucking hate both.
So this is more of a gym that has classes and maybe more cross fit style.
I do good in a class setting.
Tell me to do kettle bell swings and I will.
Push ups? Ok how may. Burpees , no problem.
Do this on my own and it ain’t happening.
Use to do lots of cardio and core work. Started lifting and that kinda stopped.
I went in for an evaluation and yep. My ability for cardio has gone to shit.
Three sets of 30 second on row machine.
I could hear my self wheezing.
WTF.

Here is what cardio gets me. There is actually a full 6 pack there. This was a crappy no pose shot.
2 years ago at beginning of 2022 about 170 lbs 6 feet tall 55 years old.
I had just finished a body fat challenge.
6 weeks dropped 25 lbs or so and ended about 6 percent body fat.

Never got a sore throat. Never got any thing in my chest. Never ran a fever.It was just a sinus infection.
The wheezing yesterday was me out of conditioning.. heart was pounding and was breathing heavy as hell.
It was comical.

I am back in the saddle. Still got some congestion but I finally feel better.
Tuesday hour of chest
Wednsday arms and shoulder. Not crazy heavy.
Thursday did Back and trainer kicked my ass for an hour and half. I did 8 plates on shrug machine. 4 set of 30 to finish off. If I remember correct 6 plates is my normal.
First set was 6 plates. Felt great so jumped up. Trainer even looked shocked.
I said I think around number 22 I am trying to move my traps. But I am not sure they are moving far. Hahahahaha
I would do 10 with pause at top and 10 fast then ten whatever I could.
Man it feels good to get back in the gym.

Trying to get this in me within about 20-30 minutes after workout.
1 banana or apple
60 g rice Chex (fast carb)
Double scoop protein shake.

Ya I am trying an igf1 supplement.
Taking it post work out with fast carbs.
Chex ain’t the cleanest product but it will work for now.
 
for sure group classes push you more than doing on your own
 
why not use real growth peptides? maybe some GHRP
I have ordered som GH and will start injecting 2 iu soon.
Also going to start some glutathione.
I think I spelled that correct.
I will update once it all gets here.

I am adding things as I go. I am really watching my estrogen and other stuff this time.
Last time I started everything at once. Had problems and didn’t know what caused what.
Right know I feel good. Nothing special but it’s a slow race.

Boring post work out meal.
60 grams rice Chex, apple and double scoop protein shake.
You know you are at a real gym when you look around and people are eating before. During or after.
More food here than some restraunts.
I needed something quick and easy to eat right after work out.. also help my sugar levels.
I’ll eat a real meal with real food when I get home in about two hours.
 
It's ok adding sometimes, I've added along the way with what im doing myself, the things you add always need 2 make sense, never add just so you can add because it will he beneficial and compliment what you got going on like healing components for a cycle etc.
 
Yesterday we did shoulders and arms
I ll try and remember all we did.
Not listed in actual order. Everything is 4 sets

Superset standing side delt raise 20 lb 15 rep
Seated side partial raise. 40 lbs 20 reps.

Superset standing upright row ez curl 15 reps
Rear delt pec deck machine 20 reps

Cable Machine side delt raises behind back with wrist cuff. 20 reps

Overhead press machine. 45lb each side 30 rep, 55lb 25 reps, 60lb 20 reps , drop set finisher 60lb 10 rep, 55lb 10 reps, 50lbs 10 reps, 45 lb 10 reps. ( last 10 coach would assist the lift and I did negative. Shoulders toasted.

Cable machine rope push down 45lbs 50 reps 50lbs 40 reps, 60lbs 30 reps 65lbs 20 reps.

Cross body pull down , reps 30, 20,15,10.

Dumbbells superset. All 10 reps. 20lb flat bicep curl, 25 lbs hammer curl, 30lbs cross body curl. ( last 2 sets up everything 5 lbs)

Underhand cable pulldown 4 set 25 reps.

Ez curl bar 60 lbs reverse grip curl 4 sets 15.

Preacher curl machine, one are at a time. Sit side ways 4 sets 20 reps.

15 minute warm up cable machine all upper body movements

All sets of 4 and not in any order.

Triple superset. Chest decline press machine 3/4 stroke. 55 lb each side 12 reps. Close grip 35lb dumbells press 12 reps, half bosu ball pushups 12 reps.

Incline press machine 120-140lbs 12 rep

On floor dumbell chest press 45 lb 12 reps
45lb dumbbell pull over.

Cable machine high, low, mid reps 12

Pec dec 12 reps.

Land mine 65 lb center chess press standing.

Flat bench machine neutral grip 20 reps
90-120 lbs

Feels like I am forgetting something.
Sorry guys no heavy weights.

Things are going well. Side effects of Tren seem to me manageable and minimal. Estrogen seems to be under control. Caber seems to be working well.
Started glutathione last Thursday. Will inject that twice per week .5 cc.
HGH showed up today but am waiting on reconstitution water vials.

Hoping to do blood work next week.

Today I started the cardio/ HIT class 8:30 am.
Will do it Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the am.
Still plan to lift in afternoon 5-6 days per week.
I did a 2 hour lift today also. Took a guy from work so it was a mix mash of stuff.
Tried to not kill him. Maybe this guy will return.
So far I have scared all but one guy away.
He was a great work out buddy on Friday but he moved out of state.

I once took a bicycling buddy with me to the gym and he couldn't even do 25 pounds on each side on the bench press lol
 
I am still around. Sorry I let the log fail. My parent are 92. Living alone. But been a rough year. I think my dad has been in hospital more than at home. Mom has lost about 80 eye sight so been taking care of her.
I have been in the gym about 5 days a week. Hitting it hard. Body feels good. Only two injections left and cycle end on end of this month.
Food has been good except mom leave fucking Oreo on the counter.
Even with that 207 is the max I have weight.
I started taking lexapro for my anxiety a couple weeks ago. I am finally sleeping good.
Been years since I slept well.
It will be nice to cut off this extra weight. My cloths don’t fit and breathing it tougher. It’s crazy what an extra 20-25 lb feels like. No it’s no all muscle. Hahaha I wish.

You definitely have a lot of stuff you're going through
if you're having to take something for anxiety that's not a good sign

I didn’t stop training . Still getting in 2 days a week with trainer. Plus 3 days a week on my own. I still get in a solid hour and half per day.
Anxiety has always been an issue.
I am just finally doing something about it.
Admitting you need help is hard for men.
Wish I had learned earlier how stupid it is to not ask for help!

Plan for going forward.
I will remain on TRT. Will reduce it back to 200 per week of test cyp.
I will continue 2iu of HGH 6 days per week.
Continue the glutathione .5 cc twice a week.
Cut back calories closer to my maintenance of 2500 calories. Do that for few weeks to let body settle in. Then start reducing calories for a cut.
Give my body a month or more to clean up.
Then I might run some Sarms to cut nicely.
Still work out 5-6 days a week just more cardio and ab work. Yuck!!
But first tomorrow I am going to my nieces house to watch the little ones have Easter.
Then eat like a complete asshole. Solid plan!!!
