I also heard if you use that bar for bench you can go deeper.
Of course be careful with your shoulders going to deep.
Here is another tip for the day.
Using handles on a cable machine lot of times causes me forearm or elbow pain.
Example on tricep pull down or even rope push down my elbow screams.
Example on delt raises with handles my forearms can hurt.
I have switched to using leg cuffs on my wrist instead of handles.
Take strain off everything and isolates the delt.
Tricep I am now using a pull down strap.
