Slashing bodyfat?!

Hello.

Got my body fat tested yesterday.

Im 5"6.5, 170 lbs at 14.5 percent bodyfat, which is considered lean to average on the chart.

Im eating clean right now. Turkey sandwiches,cereal,salads, chicken etc every 3 hourse or so.


Ive never do cardio.

But starting this month im gonna ride my bike evrywhere.

Besides cardio, what can i do to get down to 11 or 12 percent while still gaining mass.

Eat healthy, train hard. That's probably what you're going to be told. I would tell you to do what I did, but you're going for mass. I went more for a slim, toned look, with martial arts in mind. What are your goals, exactly? Bodybuilder? Powerlifter?
 
don't do this. Get big now when your young and its easy to gain and cut. get big NOW ! no cutting yet, you only weigh 170!!!
 
My goals are to be 200 lbs at 8% one day.

Im not that tall, just about 5"7, so with 200 lbs of lean mesucle mass, i would look pretty jacked.

But yes 10lbs of 100% whey protein just came today.

Im gonna take it easy on the calories till around sept-oct, while training hard.

Then when winter comes around im sure I can pack on 20 lbs by next april. Next month Im going to supplement with Swole(creatine).

So the mass will start to come on but I was worried about the body fat.

If I ever go above 17%, im gonna cut the calories. Because i dont want to add too much fat.
 
a small hint with more muscle your body will have a higher metabolism and burn more calories, mostly fat.... Just cut out junk food and soda other thasn that you look like you are on the right track.... if you still want to gain mass you are around the right amount of bf to gain some size....

Taking protein supplements? Stop. Just measured today and I´m down 2 inches on my waist since I got smart.

I weigh about 185 to 190 (bad gym scale) at 5 foot 11 and 10% bf at my best calculation. Waist was 35 inches taking in some 200 plus grams of protein daily for about 2 years. Stopped that and now take about 120 grams and bumped fat up from 15 to 20% to 25 to 30% (to make up for lost calories) daily and lost 2 inches on the waist.

Also lost about a centimeter on legs and arms but strength has gone down at the same rate as the last time I took a layoff from power training.

Same thing happened to my girlfriend. You can actually see some quad definition now. Want a pic?

A pic of your girlfriend? Sure. She's a little overdressed in your avatar though.

A lot of what passes for whey protein and most MRPs have a lot of casein in them. Milk protein. Casein causes bloating in some people and makes them think they are getting fat because their waist has gone up.
