Tuned in for lift off. How will you be tweaking your workouts for on cycle? I'm a week in and have already started increasing my sets per body part. Check out my log as well. It's time to kill this shit!
 
I think you could of put on 10 more pounds natty before starting, and you're expecting to put on 22 lb while reducing bf by 1% on a test only cycle? Your expectations are wayyy too high, you need to be more realistic, i think 10lb of muscle while staying at same bf is a more realistic goal, and thats still hard to achieve (ofcourse im talking about keepable gains after pct).

Anyway, good luck with your cycle my friend.

Thanks for the input! And yes you are right, I could put on 10 more lbs in the next year of hard training and dieting.

Also I'm not looking to gain 22 lbs lol. Only about 10-15 maintaining my body fat. Im at roughly 157-158 lbs right now so that's only 12-13 lbs I want to gain to reach 170. I always set my goals a little higher than what they should be. I don't think I will be disappointed with more or less with this cycle.

lol, my math was way off, i thought you meant 180.. shit.. yeah man, you can defiantly reach 170 with no fat gain if you eat right and work your ass off, heres a tip do atleast 10-20min cadrio 3 times a week to stay lean while slowly eating more calories, if you're in a caloric surplus everyday and do no cardio you'll gain some unwanted fat, its much better to do cardio and eat more food, this way your metabolism will be high and the calories will be used much more efficiently for muscle growth, on cycle this will be enhanced so take advantage of it.

I'll be watching this thread if i dont slack off.

Today is Day one! Nervous but that is alright. Just got my Adex in the mail. I will start dosing at .12 mg EOD and increase from there as I see fit.

Will pin around 5 pm Eastern Time. Ill keep you guys updated on how it Goes. ;)
 
Ya your weight is really low man...I would try to get a little more weight before starting test
 
First pin went in nice and smooth. A little bit of pip a few hours later but nothing alarming. Did it in my right leg.

Worked out chest and triceps today. Ate all my food.

Time to grow! :)
