first run of anything= s4 and osta for the win!

S4 will make your vision terrible as far as how light affects you. But, for me, eyes were adjusting 100% normal within 4 days after stopping my 75mg/day dosing that I ran on a Hella cycle. Get used to walking in a building after being outside and afraid to look at people in the faces because you can't tell if they are looking at you or what. Of course, the eyes will adjust after a couple of minutes, but not like a couple of seconds when you aren't using S4.

i here you.
right now the pros are outweighing the cons. if they start getting the best of the deal i will cut back to 5 on and 2 off . i can tell eaven today that they are starting to worsen. but still not really all that bad. what im getting getting is miles above what im temporarily having to deal with.
i may switch up my lift routine a bit and do more like a 5x5....
trying to kill it all at once is tough in the routine im running now. it takes forever to wear my self out......... but i do love the feeling im getting by doubling or more my lift durations as well as weight being lifted.....time will tell.

well yesterday was supposed to be a light cardio day. i ran a mile and than hit the iron. i couldn't help it. the cage was calling me. every step i took running all i could think about was getting back to the rack and pushing some weight. so thats what i did.
got back and ran it like my heavy day + 10% all lifts went up smooth. eaven the ones i have been stuck on for over a month. added some upright rows and lat pull downs at the end of my norm routine.
im feeling adding weight on my heavy days is the onely way to keep my deload days working properly.
im defenetly seeing results in my appearance as well. im slimmer / more defined. still a long way from were im headed. but this chit is no joke! pushing harder. healing faster and rebounding in less time gives me opportunity to work twice as hard as i could before. hawt dam! (im thinking twice the results?)

im down to 5 on and 2 off with the s4....
training remains intense. i did have to change up my lift weights quit a bit than my norm 10% every 4 weeks. my rep range went through the roof.
my normal 10 rep has turned 15+ so i had to jump up.
the cardio has actualy become fun to me now. ive never been able to work such a great sweat up. hell im sweating 40 mins after my work outs cardio or lifts.
theres a college kid down the street from me who runs on the farm were i run / bike and hunt this week was the first time i was able to keep with him for the mile run.
it killed me he keeps a higher pace than my norn. but it was amazing. i kept seeing him looking at me waiting to see me step slower and drop back. we both sprinted the last 100 yrds or so
were he was finely able to pute some distance between us. we walked and jogged another 2 laps the hole time i had to here "dam that was impressive"
and of course he just had to say "for a older guy"
i weighed in at 186 today. (down from 196ish) the lowest Ive been in 14 years and defenetly the strongest.
i know its fare from were some of you may be. but to me its a mile stone. im thinking this is going to be a good winter to bulk...
i need to swap out routines latter. im thinking 3x5 ss?

is there a list some were of our trusted "sponsor suppliers"? i want to be ready.....
please dont post a list here. i know theres rules. but im doing a little shopping for my next run.

hawt dam im liking what im seeing....
im probably in the high 14.?% but to call it safe im going to say 15% bf at this point. cutting fat away from 18+%
i have to admit i did kinda change my goals mid stream from cleaner gains to cut and gain. but its been working out so well i figer no sense in fighting it.
i could still stand to loose a few % but that can wait till spring for me.
all my lifts are steadily increasing. and cardio is off my personal best chart. no noticeable size gains. but defenetly stronger. and the mass i do have is noticeably harder.
ive been surprised to find out just how much of my size and weight was fat. im at 180 from 196.
sides have been manageable / comical.....
driving the other night i thought i was done with this. i couldn't see a f*cking thing in front of me. turned out my battery was dead and my lights were dim as hell. new alternator in the truck and my vision has improved tremendously LOL... (that did freak me out a bit till i realized what was up) coming inside from daylight into dim light is the onely issue i actualy find. a bit of a yellow glow with certain light. but all and all
its good....
once this cycle cycle runs it course i will be moving on to a mean bulk.... i was able to grab some beast before it was to late. and although some would say im doing this backwards. im running it after this cycle.
my goal for that is definite dry mass. my BF was a little to high to run it before this cycle but im good to go now.
ive been running this wile training in the high rep range 8-12 .... 12-16 with back to back sets with under 160 seconds of rest time between work sets and really working up my muscle endurance. adding weight weekly and reps daily. lifting 3 days a week. cardio is 5 a week.
i will be moving to a upper / lower split working in the 5-8 rep range for my beast cycle will resting longer between work sets. as well as doing more sets.
for now thats all i got...... i took the day off work.. the cage is calling..................................
