Just shot my Delt today, will see how it goes (virgin muscle)!
Up to 161 lbs right now. And I'm happy to say all my weight in the gym has gone up too. I'm pushing Plates and dumbbells I have never done for 8 to 10 reps.
Keeping my calories up to around 3000 with 70fats/275carbs/300protien.
Sex Drive is increased, balls are smaller.
I decided to start doing dead lifts again, have a back injury from a while ago. Great Back and Bicep workout Yesterday.
