Wedneday September 28th

I took 4 benadryl & 2 sleep right pills during the night (everytime they wore off I woke up)

1:48 pm :worried:
Woke-up

2:00 pm
1 glucorell
1/2 cup cottage cheese, creamed with frozen bluberries.....like ice cream, but messy

Don't know how much I'm going to eat though

2:10 pm
2 tylenol cold (day time)

***Today is leg day for me....I don't think I can do it...I think I'll try Tae-bo Abs & glutes - it's low impact***

Maybe you sure skip training altogether if you're feeling that bad, and get some rest hun.

I'm already one day ahead (I started Sunday, not Monday this week)

I was thinking about doind that video, because it's not really hard.

Just waiting for the T-rex & CB to kick in....

Yes I think, it is ok to take a break when you aren't feeling well. You need rest, so your body can repair itself and get better :)

If you're one day ahead it definitely wouldn't hurt to rest a day. You're body may thank you for it tomorrow. Hope you feel better soon. :rose:
