I am finding it hard to keep this updated every day between work & not getting home to late, so here is my schedule, I will post bi-weekly results.
Monday - BJJ
Tuesday - Chest/Tri's
Wednesday - BJJ
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - BJJ
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Back/Bi's
I'm going to follow this for the next 3 weeks, then change it up.
