So, I started taking Brazilian Ji Jitsu 3x's a week, and will be starting Muay Thai as well. BJJ is normally a 2 hour session, but I may do 1 hour of each class - depends on which one I prefer.

I am finding it hard to keep this updated every day between work & not getting home to late, so here is my schedule, I will post bi-weekly results.

Monday - BJJ
Tuesday - Chest/Tri's
Wednesday - BJJ
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - BJJ
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Back/Bi's

I'm going to follow this for the next 3 weeks, then change it up.

1 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup oatmeal
SF maple syrup

11:00am
1 can tuna or 4 oz chicken
green veggie
4oz sweet potato or oats

2:00pm
4oz chicken
green veggie
10 almonds

5:00pm
5oz chicken
1/3 cup oatmeal
or 4 oz sweet potato

6:30pm
Class

9:00pm
Whey shake with glut & skim milk
Or 4oz chicken, beef or 6oz fish
Green veggie
4oz sweet potato

10:30/11pm
1 oz nuts or tbsp ANPB

I have my weight workouts down to 3x's a week.

I'm taking Brazilian Jujitsu (3x's a week) & Muay Thai (2x's a week), so I am using that for cardio. It's is freakin tuff!

Diet is good. I have been eating healthy, but carbs have increased. Lately I have a cashew addiction that needs to stop :rolleyes:

How about you? How's the training. Still plan on competing?

Cashew addiction... well that's better then my candy addiction :) It's gotten a little ridiculous the past two months. I've never craved sweets like this.
My carbs have increased also... It takes me 45 minutes to eat my breakfast (1.5C of DRY oatmeal = Aproximately 3C when made)
I still plan on competing. I am excited!! Training is going well.
I'll be doing a lot better March 11th when I graduate from school. Then I'll have my life back :) I was thinking about next fall starting this personal training program to become a trainer. It's a 6 month excelled program. I know you can get it online and take it at home... but I would rather actually have the hands on experience... So we'll see about that.
