OK, updates for me...
BJJ & Muay Thai are ok. I LOVE the classes, but 2/3 times my partner doesn't bother to show up. I was counting on this for cardio, but needless to say, I have change my mind...lol.
Yesterday I started back with the am HIIT. I was only lifting weights 2 times a week & boy have I been feeling horrible. Anyway, I'm still trying to make a schedule that allows me to fit it all in. So, right now I'm having some major 'blahs'.
I'll post my schedule as I figure it out. I HOPE my partner will start coming to class! To bad I didn't live around any of you fine ladies
