Hi guys
6ft 23 yo just shy of 200lbs typical hardgainer training 3 years
I have struggled my entire life to gain weight. And now I want the opposite! I have been 'unhealthy' skinny up until a couple years when I got 100% serious about changing that. But now im getting very depressed I have been bulking for like a year and I have pretty much the same size frame I did back then but with loads of fat on my chest and stomach!!!
I dont understand how im moving backwards ?!? My diet is completely clean and training WAY heavier and more intelligently than ever before! My diet consists mainly of eggs, tuna, chicken, rice, whey, water, fruit, milk, beef and whole grains. I train push/ pull / legs and 2 days a week cardio. How come I had a better body back then than I do now? I keep my calories high, but not stupidly high. It's so frustrating my body frame is tall and thin with a big stomach and man boobs!!!!!! I have fairly low test, could this be a cause ? 15 nmol , im British dont no how to convert that.
I dunno weather to start boxing again and add more cardio, but keep diet the same? I just am allways scared of cutting because I dont want to loose hard earned muscle and to get a smaller frame.
I must have the worst body type for body building ever! Anyone else relate to this ? Thanks in advance people
