Since the board is slow....(random stuff)...

I'll pose a few of random issues I've been chewing on recently:

1. I really feel as though I need a personal trainer for a little while. The place where we buy our (OTC) supplements has a few guys whose opinion my husband and I respect (which is rare for my husband). They have a couple of guys who have prepared women for shows.... $450.00 for 12 sessions...is that good??

2. This whole bulking thing has me stumped. I was reading through some archives about bulking and a lot of you ladies said you just don't do it. How do you grow if you don't significantly increase calories?

3. What type of AS works well when stacked with Anavar? (except primo and winny) goals are to get BIG baby

VDL

Can I add one more? Adipo – counterproductive while “bulking”???

IMO, yes. I've heard anywhere from $30 - $50 per hour, & assuming those are 12 1-hour sessions, that's $37.5 per hour - so yes, good.

answer to #3, anavar and primo, or winny, or anything for that matter..what is your goal?

Yeah NY - but half of the fee is what you are charging for them to slober all over you while the get to feel your muscles...

I wish there was a trainer in my area that I could spend some time with - I am at least 6 hours from anyone.

The cost of living in Manhattan is 230 - 2.3 times more expensive than the national average cost-of living. Where I live is right at the national average, where VDL is is only slightly above.

im not in nyc..in nyc the damn local gyms charge like $125(one on one in the gym nothign special), and like $200 for home training...its unreal.... im like 50 min north of NYC.

funny story...when i went to get my ISSA certification one of the days was spent in Crunch fitness gym doing hands on training with Dr Squat Fred Hatfield and Dr. Sal Aria....anyway most of us are in sweat pants and t-shirts and tank tops...during my trianing...the owner walks up to me, and says *i know you havent completed your certification yet, but id like to hire you*..I started laughing and asking him WHY? he said "look at you!!, thats what we want here, and you should see the SKIN TIGHT shirt we make you wear on the floor while training"....i grilled him some more as to what the hell is up with this gym...he said "90% of our clients are rich gay men, and they just want some eye candy to train them" .. when i asked him what style or what things he would not want me doing in the gym in terms of types of exercises they do not permit (for example, i worked at an upscale studio once and they would not allow us to do any type of behind the neck press or lat pull downs behind the neck with our clients).... so the owner said "i dont give a shit, do whatever you like.
...this same gym would give massages to people right out in the open on pink and orange and yellow tables and couches....though it was funny as shit, it was also disturbing that A) he didint give a shit what i knew or didnt know, and B)had total lack of concern for his members safety.

oh and they charged something like $125-$150 per session.

lol...ny muscle you are so right...

the NYC trainers charge so much, and the ones at my gym know absolutely NOTHING!

The guy I've been going to is at a weights oriented small gym, and I get him for 35 a session....:)

its is annoying though, to run back and forth between 2 gyms...

1. No idea. I coach, but I am salary.

2. I have no idea how you grow without increasing calories to some degree. Perhaps when searching the archives, the only time people are specifically referring to dieting is when they are cutting. Just because you are trying to bulk a bit does not mean that you have to out-eat a high school football team.

3. Just about anything stacks well with anavar. I would ask several questions:
A. Since you already have had some sides in the past, how likely is whatever you are taking going to increase the pre-existing conditions?
B. What sides can you risk without undue difficulty? (example, I do not worry about acne).
C. Have you actually used anything else before that you would consider using again>
D. How closely related to a substance that has given you negative sides in the past is the one you are currently considering (IOW, deca compared with durabolin, for example).
E. Is cost a factor?
F. What can you actually get your hands on?

I am sure you are aware of the usual considerations, such as start with a short acting ester of a substance if it is available to minimize risk of long terms sides, etc.
