Oh... and yeah i know i am fat :) that is why i started working out in the first place. I've only been a student of the iron game for about 3 months now. This year I went from 248 lbs of pure fat down to 215 as of yesterday. This is my base from what I have been told. I'm gonna stay natural for the most part taking only supplements and maybe some clen, but prolly will just stick to ECA stacks.

First pic is a month ago before i started the ephedrine and the 1-AD for the second time.
 
more from different angles. I am gonna keep a pretty good diary of what i am doing and take pics every month or so.
 
I am almost afraid to even post this one considering how great of shape everyone else is already in. but obligatory hulk pose.
 
well there's the ugly truth, this will motivate me to work hard but like i said after 3 months of lifting I already notice a small difference and this time next year I think I will be able to achieve even more as I am working on my low to moderate carb diet.

Nice base since you already have a little V taper goin on
Just keep at it and be consistent with your training and diet.
Shed at least 25lbs more fat and gain more muscle mass and you should look solid. Never give up...
 
good progress bro. stick with it and keep taking the eca stack. i kinda know how you fell except i was the other way around. i started at 128lbs and now i'm up to about 170 lbs. wanna get bigger:D !
 
Just keep on pluggin... with a good diet and some cardio to go with liftin, you will see a difference soon. Good Luck
