men and women cheat for different reasons. Men cheat because of the physical. When women cheat it is usually an emotional response.

That's what I was going to add to my previous post. Almost a 100% of the cases is physical in men. We have very deep fantasies and perversions. Sometimes impossible to do it with our partners. Girls just can't understand that. At the inverse, girls are too different emotionaly. They need and they like words/actions sometimes impossible for us. Either because we think they are ridiculous or we are just to proud. Women cheat when they find that kind of emotinal response mixed with physical atraction.
The sad part for girls is, after some time that guy eventually will stop being that perfect emotional partner; for the same previous reasons.
The sad part for men is, that girl who is cheating with, will stop giving that kind of sex after some time together. Emotional reasons? hormonal reasons? We don't know. What we know for sure, humans are not animals of one single sex partner. Humans are animals of several sex partners. Men look other girls, have fantasies, search for that beautiful body because is their instinct to reproduce. To transfer their genes. Women when feel ready, they look for that chemical and emotional response to have sex and transfer their genes. As in the old good times, when the new creatures are ready to live by themselves, they all split apart and are ready to reproduce again.

One of the easiest ways to tell if your gf/bf is cheating is if they become overly protective all of a sudden. I had a gf of 2 years all of a sudden become extremely paranoid of me cheating and she became very jealous of every interaction that I had with other women, co-workers mainly. It wasn't until after the relationship had ended that I found out that she had cheated. After the fact of her cheating, she become overly protective and thought that I was cheating on her w/every woman that I came in contact with. If someone cheats, then they feel that you can just as easily cheat on them. just my 2 cents
