Ok peeps, do you do shrugs on Shoulder day or back day. I know the Traps are back muscles, but I seem to feel the burn more after a heavy shoulder workout. What your opinion?
Ive done them many ways sucessfuly. Back day, Shoulders day, with rear delts alone, with deadlifts. I don't think it makes much difference, just fit them in however you can with your split.

Exactly. I just find it hard sometimes to do them on back day after pullups, bent over rows, deadlifts, etc. Therefore I usually do them on shoulder day...
