shoulder size help!

i'm just wondering how much weight you guys do for:

dumbbell lateral raises

and

dumbbell curls

(assuming the same # of sets & reps are done for each)

i ask because i think my shoulders are too small compared to my biceps and i was wondering how much some of you guys do for each.....so i can compare myself.

Just train them hard with heavy weight and basic exercises:

Barbell Presses (Seated or Standing) - 4 x 6-8 or use Needsize's
5 x 5 program

Up Right Rows (widen grip to 12-14 inches) - 3 x 8

Bent or Side Dumbbell laterals - 2 x 8-10 (try and fail at these numbers).

It seems strange that you are comparing your biceps to your delts. Just forget about that and train hard. . . you will eventually balance out through time. Good luck!

As for the weights I use on laterals it ranges between 25lbs and 40lbs, and dumbbell curls 55lbs to 70lbs. At the current moment, I am not using laterals in my program.
