Should you quit once you start to fill with blood?

When doing arms especially my forearms get very hard (ful of blood). Sometimes its hard to do the exercise because my ability to bend the arms is stopped by them being so hard. Is this dangerouse at all?

it's definately NOT a bad thing....you want that everytime you workout. That means that you're getting alot of blood into your muscles which is the best way for your muscles to get oxygen.

pump doesnt mean growth, nor oxygen. actually lack thereof. lactic acid is a byproduct of anaerobic activity, thus low oxygen. but a good pump does flush out that shit.

nobody ever said anything about a pump making your grow. The pump is from blood not lactic acid. Lactic acid is what gets into your muscles and makes them sore. Blood is the primary carrier of oxygen so it does move oxygen threw your muscles.

NO WAY!!

I fell under this misbelief when I was around 13 years old. I would workout and when I felt like I could not pump up the intended muscle group anymore I would stop. Total MYTH.
